Brgy. Imparayan is a jump off Barangay of Mt. porras

Along 15 other barangays of Sibalom comprise the Sibalom Natural Park (SNP) Mt. Porras

is 800 ft. from the ground and the heart of  SNP.

SNP:

5,511.47 hectares protected area with 201 species of Flora and 152 species of fauna and still has 672 hectares of old forest. One of the few remaining rainforest in the country.

Mountain Trekking In Antique

Mt. Madia-as. A man size sport involving a 15 km trek thru a trail of rock leading to a dry rriver bed, crossing an improvised wood-bamboo bridge over a boulder - strewn river, hurding numerous hills before reaching a village at its foot where ascent actually starts, tightrope walking on a two-foot bridge that float on a sea of clouds, clambering up near vertical slopes while precariously holding on to tiny rock outcroppings, grasses, and roots of trees. Mt. Madia-as I.T

Mt. Nangtud. Trek thru river and boulders at amost 70 degres slope, opened rigde, breathtaking view as you continue to walk to the ebj peak. climb it to tell.

Mt. Porras. Ideal for overnight trekking and camping. Mt. Porras I.T

Mt. Igkuron. Ideal for overnight trekking and camping, With 360 views at the peak overlooking the town of Valderrama.

Day 1: 

1pm ETD from Iloilo City

3pm ETA in San Jose, Antique

4pm ETA at Sibalom, Antique

5pm ETA at Brgy. Imparayan, Sibalom, Antique

Day 2:

4am Wake-up call

6am Jump off to traverse Mt. Porras

2pm ETA at Brgy. Imparayan

3pm ETA at Brgy. Cubay, Sibalom Antique

4pm ETA at Crossing Kapuywan, Barbaza Antique

We walk 6km from highway to Camp Eupre, brgy. Cadiao

Day 3:

8am We start to trek from Camp Eupre to Brgy. Tagum to brgy. Cadiao

3pm ETA at Camp Eupre

4pm we Trek the 1000 steps for the sunset

5:30pm back to Camp Eupre

Day 4:

7am Start to walk back to crossing kapuywan

9am ETA at highway

11am ETA at San Jose Antique and bottle of beer at Bundoks Bar and Resto

1pm ETD to Miag-ao Chruch in Miag-ao

3pm ETA at Miag-ao

5pm ETA at Iloilo City
